Alex Durand is the founder of Frable Consulting, a boutique executive coaching and organizational consulting firm he has led for over a decade. He partners with C-suite leaders, executive teams, and boards across industries to build high-functioning teams, sharpen organizational focus, and design the conditions for sustained performance.

Before founding Frable, Alex was a consultant at PwC. The gap between what he observed inside organizations and what leadership development actually offered them was what sent him in this direction. He has worked with organizations in defense, life sciences, aerospace, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, financial services, and mission-driven nonprofits. These are industries where the stakes are real and the cost of a dysfunctional leader or team is measured in mission failure, not culture surveys.
The Columbia Executive Coaching Certification is one of the most rigorous credentialing programs in the field. It is the foundation of the coaching practice at Frable.
